Getting Started

To apply for a Home Loan you will need:

• Your Passport minimum validity 30 days
• Your visa (Minimum validity 15 days)
• Emirates ID
• Salary certificate / Salary Transfer Letter
• Payslip can be require by the bank in case of variations in salary.
• 3/6 month Bank statement.

  Eligibility

To apply for Home Loan, you must:

• Be over the age of 21
• Be a resident of UAE
• Currently earning minimum salary of AED 5000 with all allowances.
• Max Loan eligibility based upon your total income.
